Inqabayezwe Foundation NPC (otherwise also referred to as the organisation, the foundation, IF or the company) to guide its overall development and running of initiatives, programmes, social enterprises and companies to change, transform and better the lives of black people first (Africans for starting) and other groups withing the rural, townships and other strategically identified areas for better livelihood and brighter future overall. While health, safety and security may not have emphasised in this document, they are a necessities not to be ignored. Live is precious and so the people granted to experience it. To serve also as a trusted advisory institution that empowers communities, industries, and governments to achieve sustainable socio-economic development through education, innovation, environmental stewardship, and inclusive growth. Provide expert guidance, capacity-building, and strategic partnerships across ten critical development areas, ensuring measurable impact and long-term resilience.
Programmes, Initiatives and Units like Inqabayezwe Beauty Business (IBB) and relatively to be incorporated, will effectively are proper channels to advance people and groups as follows;

include savings programs, youth training, enterprise support, scholarships, awareness campaigns, cooperatives, farmer training, manufacturing hubs, clinic construction, and land rehabilitation.
• Outputs
are measurable deliverables such as the number of programs launched, youth trained, enterprises supported, scholarships awarded, campaigns conducted, cooperatives formed, farmers trained, hubs established, clinics built, and hectares rehabilitated.
• Outcomes
show the short- to medium-term changes: increased income, youth in leadership roles, enterprise growth, improved graduation rates, adoption of sustainable practices, reduced household costs, increased yields, manufacturing growth, improved healthcare access, and restored land.
• Impacts
capture the long-term transformation: poverty reduction, resilient youth leaders, stronger education systems, embedded sustainability, collaboration, food security, industrial growth, healthier communities, and rehabilitated ecosystems.
